Communication is not only comprised of statements from management or content published by a brand. Everything connected to a firm conveys some kind of message about it.
In order to achieve success, we should communicate in a well-considered, appropriate and coherent manner. We must know what we want to say, whom we are addressing and what we wish to accomplish in this way. Communication strategy will help answer these questions. While working on it, we will focus both on external communication (visual identity, the appearance of products and packaging, the way workers are dressed, contact with partners and clients, etc.) and internal communication (contact between workers and management, relations between departments, etc.).
